Testimonials
‘The best training I’ve had in years. Relevant, important and meets the needs of most employees. Easy to open up, due to Kayley’s kind and honest approach’.
‘Very informative and I feel as though I have been well and truly educated. This is a brilliant course for raising awareness and getting people to talk about something that is quite taboo and not really talked about. Thank you!’
‘We had our first Menopause Monthly Meet up at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group yesterday, organised as a direct result of your fabulous training. I think there were 12 of us catching up over lunch, sharing our experiences and supporting each other.
I know I keep thanking you but I really can’t tell you enough how much many of us appreciate the time we spent with you and all that we learned. You’re doing amazing and vital work!’
‘Kayley delivered a great session on menopause to our operations team.
Her approach, knowledge and expertise is clear but enhanced by her engaging and friendly manner, which I know all the team benefitted from.
The knowledge gained in that session has helped us greatly as a business to engage with our employees, share that knowledge and create a much greater awareness of menopause in the workplace and it’s impact on our employees.
We will certainly be returning for further sessions!’
‘Kayley recently provided menopause awareness training to our company, for both female and male colleagues. We had outstanding reviews from both groups and even our staff asking for longer training sessions with Kayley in the future as they found it so beneficial.
Kayley was professional, very knowledgeable, and put everyone at ease in the room. Kayley was very open about her own personal journey and that made everyone else in the room comfortable to talk about their own experiences.
I would highly recommend this training and believe it should be mandatory in all workplaces.’
‘In November 2022, I attended a workplace Menopause Awareness session with Change it Up and for me it was life changing. I had no idea about the range of symptoms. I’d struggled with anxiety and depression since 2018; a combination of medication, counselling and CBT all helping to some extent. In 2019 (aged 44), I’d asked my doctor if there could be a link between my anxiety and peri-menopause, but this was dismissed.
The training session with Kayley was my lightbulb moment. Hearing all about the symptoms and the link with anxiety and depression was mind-blowing. Four years of illness, holding myself back, going part-time because I couldn’t cope working five days a week, a virtual non-existent social life… and it would seem, all avoidable.
Following the course, I went straight to the doctor and requested HRT. The old me is back, well I think so. I’m certainly in a better place than I have been in years.
A massive massive thank you Kayley’
