is the intellectual property of Change It Up Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our materials
  • Upload materials to internal or external platforms (including intranets, LMS systems, shared drives, or AI tools)
  • Record live training sessions without express written permission
  • Use our materials to deliver training yourself unless licensed to do so

  1. Access to Online Courses

Where access to online learning is provided:

  • Access is individual, non-transferable, and time-limited (if stated)
  • Login details must not be shared
  • Access may be suspended if misuse is identified

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our training and materials are provided for information and education purposes only.

We are not responsible for:

  • How organisations implement learning
  • Business, HR, or legal decisions made following training
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always apply from the date it is published.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope of Training

These Training Terms apply to:

  • Live workshops/training sessions (in-person or virtual)
  • Online/downloadable courses
  • Webinars
  • Bespoke or corporate training programmes
  • Any accompanying materials or resources

  1. Permitted Use of Training Materials

Training materials are provided on the following basis:

  • Materials are for personal use or internal business use only
  • Materials may only be used by:
    • The individual purchaser (for individual access), or
    • Employees of the purchasing organisation who attended the training

You must not:

  • Share materials with non-attendees
  • Record, copy, resell, or redistribute materials
  • Upload materials to internal platforms, shared drives, or learning systems
  • Adapt materials for repeat delivery or internal training

  1. Live Training Attendance

For live training sessions:

  • Materials may only be used by those who attended the session
  • Attendance does not grant permission to train others using our content
  • Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing

  1. Online Training Access

Where online training is provided:

  • Access is individual and non-transferable
  • Access may be removed if misuse is identified
  • Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing
  • Sharing login details is prohibited

  1. Corporate Licences

If your organisation requires:

  • Wider internal use
  • Uploading materials to internal platforms
  • Repeat delivery
  • Train-the-trainer rights

A separate corporate licence must be purchased.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training content remains the intellectual property of Change It Up Ltd.

You are granted a limited, revocable licence to use materials in accordance with these Terms only.

  1. Payment Terms

  • Fees must be paid in full in accordance with the agreed invoice terms
  • Access to training or materials may be withheld until payment is received
  • Late payment may result in suspension of access

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in your proposal or booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations may incur charges
  • Short-notice cancellations may be charged in full

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during training or discussions.

  1. Safeguarding & Respect

Change It Up Ltd training addresses sensitive topics. Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully
  • Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach this standard.

These Training Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
